The filter residue generated during composting contains incompletely decomposed organic matter and some inorganic minerals. Direct disposal would cause secondary pollution. Field applications after applying PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATION iron removal showed that the application of this improved agent resulted in a 37% improvement in red soil aggregate structure, an 18% decrease in soil bulk density, and a 25% and 41% increase in available phosphorus and fast-acting potassium content respectively. This significantly promotes crop root development and yield growth.
To address this, the system implements a "countercurrent washing" PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATION process: Filter residues undergo multi-stage countercurrent flushing, enabling efficient extraction of soluble salts and residual nutrients. The wash liquid is recycled for new batch pulp preparation, achieving closed-loop water utilization. Meanwhile, the cleaned residue returns to the composting system as inoculant or structural regulator, further enhancing fermentation efficiency.
At the same time, the concentration of potassium and sodium ions in the wash water gradually accumulates. When the concentration of potassium chloride is close to saturation, the concentration separation can be carried out through the nanofiltration or reverse osmosis membrane technology of PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATION. The recovered potassium salt can be sold as raw materials for agricultural potassium fertilizer, truly realizing "treasure in waste and full use of things".
