The scraper of the scraper should maintain good elasticity and fit. The insufficient elasticity of the scraper may lead to the inability to effectively scrape the foam layer, affecting the recovery of iron minerals after iron removal. The wear of the scraper should be checked regularly, and the scraper with serious wear should be replaced in time, and the degree of the fit of the scraper and the surface of the flotation tank should be adjusted to ensure the scraping effect.
