In the working environment with more dust, the dust may accumulate in the vent, hindering the air circulation and affecting the heat dissipation effect. Check the transmission parts inside the equipment for excessive friction. It can judge whether the bearing is worn out by checking the lubrication of the bearing and whether there is abnormal noise and vibration during rotation.
If lubrication is insufficient, add grease or lubricating oil; if the bearing is badly worn, replace the bearing in time. The equipment shell is hot, especially the temperature near the motor, magnetic system and other components is too high. Long overheating can produce a burning smell and may cause the PTMS magnetic separation device to stop automatically to protect itself.
