PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR plays multiple roles throughout the lifecycle of electrolyte materials, spanning three critical phases: raw material pretreatment, production process control, and finished product quality inspection. This integrated system forms a complete "three-tier defense" impurity control framework. During the raw material pretreatment phase, whether it's lithium carbonate, zirconium oxide, phosphates, or other basic chemical raw materials, iron contamination may originate from mineral sources or transportation processes.
The first PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR iron removal process is typically installed after raw materials are warehoused but before crushing and screening. By installing permanent magnet PTMS above the powder feeding port or embedding pipeline-type PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR in the screw conveyor, hard foreign objects such as large nails, nuts, and tool fragments can be effectively intercepted.
