PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR

In order to avoid running trough caused by too much foam in flotation operation, the process first uses cyclones to remove -0.019 mm slime, and then uses PTMS machine roughing, and the roughed concentrate is desulphurization flotation and titanium flotation, and finally the high quality concentrate with a grade of over 47% is obtained. The recovery rate of PTMS magnetic separation machine in the process reached 76.24%, the recovery rate of flotation operation also reached about 75%, the titanium recovery rate of the whole process is about 30%. However, because the -0. 019mm particle size was not selected, the metal loss was 43. 49%, which seriously affected the further improvement of mineral recovery.

What Is Magnetic Separation In Feldspar?
The fine grade ore dressing production flow-0.045 mm grade ore dressing test production line produces 20,000 tons of high quality titanium concentrate every year, and then the concentrator is divided into two phases to build the eight systems after and the first eight system-0.045 mm grade ore dressing production line, and the annual output of concentrator -0.045 mm concentrate reaches about 150,000 tons. With coarse-grained titanium concentrate, the concentrator's annual concentrate output reaches about 280000 tons. PTMS magnetic separator can remove the iron inside (Fe2O3).
