PTMS permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator is mainly used for separation of strong magnetic minerals embedded in fine grains, and can obtain high grade iron concentrate. PTMS magnetic separator can remove the iron inside (Fe2O3). Its magnetic system structure has 5 ~ 7 magnetic poles, the polarity of the poles along the inscribed Angle. The machine is equipped with downstream, countercurrent and semi-countercurrent tanks. Semi-countercurrent type due to the pulp from the bottom of the tank to the bottom of the cylinder, can be immediately separated into magnetic and non-magnetic particles, and the adsorbed magnetic concentrate grade is high, improve the separation accuracy.
