What Is Magnetic Separation Method For Concentration Of Ore?
The production line adopts 2 sets of PTMS magnetic separators for roughing and 1 set of PTMS magnetic separators for cleaning before flotation. The beneficiation production index of the whole process is about 8% of magnetic separation tailings, more than 46.5% of concentrate grade (quartz sand production in this area requires more than 46.5% of concentrate grade), and the recovery rate is about 25%. It produces about 20,000 tons of high quality concentrate every year.
