Kaolin Clay Magnet Requirements
 Flotation reagent and flotation equipment for - 20 μm granular minerals. With the improvement of the industrial requirements for concentrate grade and the increasing dilution of the raw ore, the grinding particle size of the dressing part becomes finer, and the -20 μm particle content in the dressing feed increases. The results of separation of -20 μm particle size by PTMS magnetic separator show that a high intensity magnetic separation concentrate with a mineral grade of 18.73% and a mineral recovery of 30.27% can be obtained at the condition of a feed grade of 7.75%.

PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
Due to the good desliming effect of PTMS magnetic separator, most of the -10 μm slime in the high intensity magnetic separation concentrate has been removed. If the flotation is carried out separately and targeted flotation equipment is used, the recovery rate of the mineral can be further improved. The mineral content of the upper two stages of high intensity magnetic separation and flotation separation is above 3%. There are many intergrowth bodies in these materials, and it may not be appropriate to return to the original process for re-separation, but they can be used to produce a part of lower grade secondary concentrate. PTMS tests were carried out with the secondary high intensity magnetic separation and flotation flotation in the ore separation process, and the better test results were obtained.

How To Separate Two Magnets?
On the basis of the above, the proposed process of PTMS ore separation in the future is presented. The process is expected to produce two kinds of mineral products, concentrate with a mineral grade of more than 47% and a mineral recovery of about 60%, and secondary concentrate with a mineral grade of about 30% and a mineral recovery of about 10%, with a comprehensive mineral recovery of about 70% in the whole process under the condition of feeding mineral grade of about 10%. PTMS magnetic separator is the best choice.
