The limitation of full low intensity magnetic technology is gradually appearing with the fine dissemination size of magnetite. Iron ore particles in the magnetic field will form magnetic agglomeration, these magnetic agglomeration inevitably mixed with some fine gangue minerals and magnetite lean intergrowth, gangue minerals and magnetite lean intergrowth bound in the magnetic agglomeration into the concentrate, will inevitably lead to low intensity magnetic separation concentrate quality decline. PTMS magnetic separator can remove the iron inside (Fe2O3). The finer the dissemination particle size of magnetite is, the higher the grinding fineness is required, the more serious the magnetic agglomeration phenomenon of the finer magnetite is, and the more difficult the fine gangue mixed with it is to pass repeated weak magnetic sorting.

What Is Magnetic Separation In Quartz?
A lot of research and practice have proved that the reverse flotation of low intensity magnetic separation concentrate can effectively remove iron from the magnetic concentrate and improve the concentrate grade. PTMS magnetic separator can remove the iron inside (Fe2O3). Therefore, the separation efficiency of reverse flotation is often higher than that of low intensity magnetic separation in magnetite concentrate operation.
