What Is Magnetic Separation Method?
The grade of a low-grade fine-grained magnetic ore is 25.20%. The minerals in the ore are mainly magnetite and occasionally siderite. The gangue minerals are mainly quartz, followed by feldspar, biotite, hornblende, chlorite, calcite and a small amount of zoisite. Magnetite in the ore has the characteristics of typical fine grains to fine grains relatively uniform distribution. PTMS magnetic separator can remove the iron inside (Fe2O3). Most of the magnetic ores can be fully dissociated by fine grinding.
