Permanent Magnet Magnetic Separator
Although more than 67% of the dry tailings have been thrown out by dry magnetic separation after crushing, only 26.35% of the dry concentrate is produced. The magnetic mineral grade is crushed to -2mm (which can be achieved by rough grinding in the production site). Wet-type magnetic separation is carried out by magnetic drum type PTMS magnetic separator, with the drum size Φ327 ×180 and the magnetic field intensity 1200 οE.

PTMS Magnetic Separation
PTMS magnetic separator can remove the iron inside (Fe2O3). According to the test results, under the condition of rough-2mm grinding, the grade of magnetic separation concentrate increased from 26.35% to 34.45%, the operation recovery rate was 91.83%, the operation yield (throw out rate) of tailings was 29.86%, and further throw out tailings close to one third of the weight of dry concentrate. Further reduces the grinding capacity of fine grinding.
