PTMS Magnetic Separator 

PTMS magnetic separators are designed to provide peak separation efficiency and are typically used when high purity products are required. PTMS kaolin magnetic roller consists of a disk of Ndfeb permanent magnet alternating with a steel pole guided to the magnetic saturation point. Magnetic rollers are typically 4 and 6 inches in diameter.

PTMS kaolin magnetic rollers are typically configured as headgear in separators that use thin conveyor belts to transport materials through magnetic fields. As the feed enters the magnetic field, non-magnetic particles are discharged from the roller in their natural trajectory. Paramagnetic or weakly magnetic particles are attracted to the roll and deflected into a stream of non-magnetic particles. The magnetic roller has a construction width of 60 inches and a typical feed rate range of 100 to 400 LBS/hr/inch. PTMS magnetic separator can remove iron (FE2O3) inside.
