Future advancements should integrate intelligent power management, pulse electrolysis modes, and optocoupler-powered energy solutions to enhance energy efficiency, driving PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATION iron removal technology toward achieving carbon neutrality. The innovative extraction process utilizes the high-selectivity complexation of specific ligands in organic solvents for iron ions, enabling wet purification separation of iron from other metal ions in complex electrolyte solutions.
The core mechanism operates at the water-organic phase interface, where pH adjustment, redox potential modulation, and ionic strength control drive iron ions to be preferentially captured by the organic extractant and transferred to the oil phase. Subsequently, reverse extraction releases these ions into an acidic solution, thereby achieving iron removal, enrichment, and recovery in the PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATION process.
