The new PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR equipment features a special magnetic circuit design that can generate stronger and more uniform magnetic fields in limited space, thus capturing magnetic iron impurities with greater precision. In terms of process parameters, researchers have optimized various parameters during the magnetic separation process through extensive experiments and studies, such as magnetic field strength, material flow rate, and feed concentration. By reasonably adjusting these parameters, the magnetic separation process can become more efficient and stable.
PTMS MAGNETIC SEPARATOR Appropriately increasing the magnetic field strength can enhance the attraction to magnetic iron impurities, improving separation efficiency; controlling the material flow rate ensures that the material stays in the magnetic field for a sufficient amount of time, allowing magnetic iron impurities to be fully captured; adjusting the feed concentration ensures uniform distribution of materials in the magnetic separator, enhancing magnetic separation performance.
