PTMS magnetic separation The magnetic field strength is weak, the reasons are as follows: 1, the temperature is too high; 2. Sun exposure; 3, acid and alkali corrosion. It can be measured with a Gaussian meter. The magnetic separator is composed of a frame, a lower magnetic system, a rotating cage, an upper magnetic system, a hollow shaft, a concentrate tank and a transmission device. The elevation and levelness of the mounting frame are measured on the basis of the hollow bearing seat.
The positioning of lower magnetic system is based on PTMS magnetic separation frame. The gap adjustment between the rotating cage and the upper and lower magnetic system must be accurate, and the gap limit deviation is 0+1mm. The magnetic properties of minerals are mainly determined by the electronic configuration and magnetic structure of the constituent elements. Magnetism can not only be used to identify and sort minerals, but also the basis of magnetic prospecting.
General PTMS magnetic separation, the magnetic properties of minerals can be summarized into four levels: 1) non-magnetic, strong electromagnets can not attract; 2) Weak magnetism, with a strong electromagnet to attract; 3) Medium magnetic, can not be attracted by ordinary horseshoe magnets, but can be attracted by weak electromagnets; 4) Strong magnetic, can be attracted by ordinary horseshoe magnets.
