The bottom water of PTMS flotation machine (concentrate water), which accounts for about 80% of the water consumption of mineral dressing, can also be directly used for ore washing operations. The water carried in foam products accounts for only 20%, and contains a large number of flotation reagents. If directly reused without treatment, it will have a great impact on the process. PTMS magnetic separator can improve the whiteness of products. Therefore, natural clarification or neutralization modification can be used for reuse.

Combined with the preliminary results of the test, PTMS wastewater treatment and reuse is ideal. That is, concentrate water can be used for ore washing operations, foam washing water; Foam water is directly neutralized and reused after treatment. PTMS magnetic separator can improve the whiteness of products. According to the recycling level of waste water in mineral dressing industry, it is estimated that the recycling utilization rate of waste water in mineral dressing of this kind of ore can reach more than 70%.
